Eduware® Online is priced purely on the number of students actively studying in your institution. There are no module-wise charges, no user limits, and no feature-based pricing tiers.
For billing purposes, we consider all students who are shown as studying in the system on the date when the invoice is prepared.
This includes students appearing as studying in the current academic session as well as in any previous sessions, if their status has not been updated as promoted, withdrawn, or left mid-session.
Once the student strength is taken for preparing an invoice, it forms the basis of billing for that period.

₹ 5 per active student / month
Applicable once you choose to move from evaluation to paid usage, either during or after the evaluation session. Billed quarterly based on active student strength.
₹ 4 per active student / month
Applicable if the paid plan is confirmed by 30-Sep-2026. This is an early-decision incentive offered to institutions that finalize their adoption promptly after evaluation. This reflects a 20% lower price as a timely decision benefit.
Billing & Payments Invoices are raised quarterly and payable within 10 days. Payments may be made via electronic transfer, cheque, or cash, to bank accounts specified on the invoice.
All prices are exclusive of taxes. GST is applicable as per regulations.
Billing is done quarterly. An invoice is raised at the start of each 3-month period based on the active student strength on that date.
Each invoice clearly mentions student counts per session, billing period, applied rate, discounts (if any), and applicable taxes.
Invoices are payable within 10 days of issue. Non-payment may lead to temporary account suspension. Conversion from evaluation requires payment of the first invoice.
All prices are exclusive of taxes. GST is currently applicable at 18% as per regulations.
